What we collect
When you send a quotation request, an enquiry, a contact-form message or a chat message, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number or email address, and the details of your request (product, size, quantity and notes). The site also records a hashed identifier derived from your network address to protect against abuse. Browsing requires no account, and we never collect payment details through this site.
How we use it
We use this data to answer your request, prepare and follow up your quotation, operate the quotation cart, and improve and protect the site. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.
WhatsApp handover
If you choose to continue a request on WhatsApp, the site opens WhatsApp with a message pre-filled from your request. Nothing is sent until you press send inside the app, and your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Third-party services
The homepage shows BoxPrint's Google reviews through an embedded third-party widget loaded from its provider, which may set its own cookies under its own policy. Links to Google Maps and Instagram take you to those platforms, whose policies apply there.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies and no marketing trackers. Your quotation cart is stored locally in your browser to let you complete a request, and you can clear it from your browser settings at any time.
Retention and protection
Quotation requests and enquiries are kept in the site's database for follow-up and reference. Access is limited to the BoxPrint team through a login-protected panel, and we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time through the site's data request page, or by contacting us directly. We review each request and complete it with you after verifying your identity.
