These terms govern your use of the BoxPrint website and requesting its services through it. By using the site or sending a quotation request, you agree to them.

What this site is
The site presents BoxPrint's design, printing and packaging services and products, and lets you send enquiries and quotation requests. Published information and imagery describe the service and are not, by themselves, a binding offer.
Quotation requests
Sending a quotation request creates no contract and binds neither party. Final specifications — design, size, material, quantity and finishing — are agreed between both parties, and the agreement takes effect when the quotation is approved by both.
Mock-up approval before production
Before production begins, BoxPrint presents a mock-up for approval. Your approval of the mock-up is the basis of production, and BoxPrint is not liable for elements you approved in the mock-up and later asked to change after production started.
Prices and payment
The site shows no prices and offers no online payment. The value of an order is set in its quotation, and payment follows the agreed quotation by the methods both parties agree.
Content you provide
You confirm that you hold the rights to any logo, design or content you submit for printing, or that you bear responsibility for its use, and you hold BoxPrint harmless from any claim arising from infringement of third-party rights in content you provide.
Delivery and shipping
Delivery method, shipping cost and timing are set in the quotation according to the order and its destination, and both parties are bound by what is agreed there.
Site intellectual property
The site's content — text, imagery and the BoxPrint mark — belongs to or is licensed to BoxPrint and may not be reused commercially without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman and are updated when needed; the date above is authoritative. For any question: info@boxprint.om.
